Summary:

Tour includes local Wellington hotel pick-up. Rates are in US dollars and are for 2, 3, or 4 persons. This tour requires a minimum order for 2 persons. If your party is more than 4 persons, please call us for a quote. Please reserve online or call us toll-free at 800-719-8190. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Both locations are situated at the elegant and beautiful Fernside Lodge in the Wairarapa. Our tour has exclusive access to that site and you will be served a gourmet picnic at the White Bridge of Lothlorien - one of the few remaining structures used in the filming.

You will travel by road and visit the filming locations for Rivendell where Frodo recovered from his knife attack; the Anduin River where Aragorn was washed ashore after the attack of the Wargs; the Gardens of Isengard, the site of the Orcs Felling the Trees and where Gandalf rode to see Saruman; go to the Mount Victoria lookout and Hobbiton Woods where you can race to the Ferry and get off the road.

Buckland Forest where the Hobbits hid from the Nazgul/Black Riders and where they found the mushrooms on the road; Dunharrow Rohirrim encampment; visit the quarry for the filming of Helms Deep the fortified ravine in Rohan and Minas Tirith; the location of Bree.

End the day in the district of Miramar. Miramar is production central and the home of Peter Jackson and many of the cast and crew.
